We’d wish to share a little bit of our story with you.
In January of 2019, we launched our first teaching program.
The teaching half got here simple.
The consumer acquisition half? Not a lot.
(perhaps you’ll be able to relate)
We didn’t know learn how to generate prime quality, focused leads each day.
We didn’t know to transform the few leads we have been producing into excessive paying purchasers.
We didn’t know learn how to place ourselves as absolutely the authority in our business.
So we spent 2019 fumbling round, attempting to determine issues out …
… and boy, was it messy.
We launched a myriad of various funnels & advertising and marketing campaigns:
Webinar Funnels. Fb™ Adverts. Chilly outreach. And many others.
With that barrage of promoting, we had reasonable, but unsustainable success.
By December of that 12 months, we have been beat.
Although we have been revving about $20k/month, we have been working 60 hours+/week, & we have been exhausted.
Our teaching enterprise turned a rollercoaster of income & emotion.
So on the finish of 2019, we got here to a crossroads:
“Can we need to go all in our teaching enterprise or will we need to grasp up our hat & do one thing else?”
As a result of we completely love teaching, we selected to double down …

In December of 2019, we did a 12 months in overview & found one thing stunning…
Whereas we have been focusing 80% of our time, effort, & vitality on webinar funnels & chilly outreach & simply 20% of our time on our Fb™ group…
…the Fb™ group accounted for upwards of 80% of our new purchasers generated.
So headed into 2020, we decided:
We determined to go all in on teams.
We took every thing we realized the 12 months earlier than & in January of 2020, we began a model new group from scratch, referred to as: Clients & Community.
